Jack is a Registered Social Worker and EMDR trained therapist. Open and welcoming in their approach, Jack works with young adult and adult clients facing PTSD, C-PTSD, and complex trauma. They help people navigate anxiety, depression, fear, loss, overwhelm, and significant life changes.

With a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia, Jack also has experience in sexual health clinics, queer crisis support line, parenting and individual coaching and counselling. Using an integrative and evidence-based approach, they draw from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, relational therapy, and mindfulness.

Jack specializes in navigating life transitions, self-discovery, and the complexities of perinatal and reproductive mental health. They welcome clients of all populations including 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, providing clients a space to explore self, patterns, and possibility in a collaborative and compassionate way.

Prior to becoming a social worker, Jack was a Research Assistant in the field of critical health supporting projects focused on lived experience and community wellbeing. They continue to engage in research specifically in the field of reproductive health.

Jack believes that healing happens through connection within ourselves, with others, and in fostering community. Outside of work they enjoy spending time with their wild children, exploring the forest or lakes, collaborating on mutual aid projects, and reading.
