A Little Bit About Me

From the early years of my life, I have always been curious what motivates human behaviour.  This curiosity grew into my passion - from working with children in summer camps to providing behavioural intervention to children and families with Autism, then working in community mental health with adults and now in child and youth mental health. My experiences have also included travelling to remote villages of Rwanda and volunteering with the LGBTQ2+ community in Vancouver.

Every one of my experiences have deeply impacted my capacity for empathy and compassion and have fuelled my passion for helping others advocate for the quality of their own lives. These combined with my innate curiosity of human behaviour, I pursued my studies in Psychology.

My practice is heavily rooted in developing a genuine relationship and providing a safe space while helping you gain clarity in a holistic, practical and empowering way.

In my spare time, you will find me chasing around my two young girls whether it be on skis or on bikes, running down country roads with my dog, Piper, or in my absolute happiest place, my garden. I’m also currently working towards my RYT200 and writing my first children’s story.
